Abstract: Techniques for operation modes for a computing device are described and may be implemented to enable a computing device to operate in different operation modes, such as a standalone mode, a user mode, a schedule mode, and so forth. Further, a system is provided with a switch devices attached to a hub device to enable actuation of the switch devices to trigger different action plans via the hub device. An architecture is provided that enables devices at a local facility to be configured by a remote resource and the devices to remain operable when connectivity to the remote resource is interrupted.

Abstract: A container having sidewalls that define an interior area for receiving items inside the container and a container lid to close the items inside the interior area of the container. The container lid has a recessed area in its upper surface. The container has a display panel with a display surface on which identifying information describing the items in the container is displayed. The display panel is received in the recessed area when not in use and is moved to a raised position to display the identifying information to prevent persons from unnecessarily opening the lid when seeking an item that is not in the container. A support assembly supports the display panel in the raised position. A writing instrument for writing the identifying information can be attached to the display panel with a clip or other securing mechanism. In one configuration, the container is an ice chest.

Abstract: A system for determining a cell type and/or one or more functional markers of a cell using flow cytometry. A plurality of flow cytometry devices respectively perform flow cytometry of cells and use gating definitions at least in part different among each other, thereby generating gating definitions as respective results of the flow cytometry devices, which are at least partly inconsistent such that a same set of biomarkers detected by two different flow cytometry devices results in different gating definitions being output. A machine learning component receives the gating definitions as inputs, and generates a set of cell types and/or functional markers as an output and as a result of the flow cytometry analysis performed by the flow cytometry devices. The machine learning component has been trained using a set of manually curated training data comprising gating definitions resulting from the flow cytometry and corresponding cell types and/or functional markers.

After the mapping, the first and second packages are grouped into a configuration catalog, which includes complete configuration data of the microservice. Some examples include grouping libraries of multiple applications into a parent library, which includes complete configuration data of a service composed of the multiple applications.
