  • Publication number: 20230278416
Abstract: A heat exchanger including a mounting portion for fixing to further structures. The mounting portion has an elastic element with a core and a plurality of contact arms attached to the core and protruding away from the core in the same protrusion plane. Protrusion path of each contact arm is at least partially curved.

  • Patent number: 11609050
Abstract: A tank for a heat exchanger is provided. The tank includes a foot portion, an internal wall, a sealing member and at least one first coupling member. The internal wall is formed along the foot portion at a first end of the foot portion. Further, the sealing member is disposed on the foot portion along an outer circumference of the internal wall to provide a fluid-tight sealing between the tank and a header, when the tank is placed on the header. The at least one first coupling member is provided on the foot portion, adjacent to the sealing member, to couple with the header.

  • Publication number: 20210408619
Abstract: A heat exchange interface (100) includes a thermally conductive substrate (10), at least one blister of dielectric material (20) and an adhesive layer (30). The thermally conductive substrate (10) includes at least one of channel and tubes (12) configured on a first mating surface (14) thereof. The at least one blister of dielectric material (20) includes at least one mating surface (24) that is complimentary to and that mates with the first mating surface (14) of the thermally conductive substrate (10). The adhesive layer (30) is applied to the mating surface (14, 24) of either one of the thermally conductive substrate (10) and the at least one blister of dielectric material (20) after increasing surface tension thereof to configure connection between the mating surfaces (14,24) of the thermally conductive substrate (10) and the at least one blister of dielectric material (20).

  • Patent number: 7390139
Abstract: A minimal volume boss may be formed as key and keyway assembly defining a shaft along the interface between the two pieces. A threaded fastener may be threaded into the shaft to lock the two pieces together. Because the key can have minimal volume, the cavitation spot opposite the key, typically formed during molding can be eliminated on fine surfaces. By properly keying the pieces, rotation between parts can also be eliminated. This helps automated torque sensing tools read and apply the proper torque in automated assembly.

  • Publication number: 20070186676
Abstract: A detectable indicator (10) formed on a body (18), the indicator (10) comprising a deformable element (12), a safeguard (14) at least partially surrounding the deformable element (12) and an area (16) in the safeguard allowing access to the deformable element (12).
