    Abstract: The present invention is a method for optimizing execution of plurality of test cases in a system under test. The method is characterized in that a first set of test cases comprising at least one test case to represent at least one second set of test cases is selected. Then an optimal value for a test execution parameter using data obtained from execution of the first set of test cases is determined. Finally, based on the result of the execution of the first set of test cases, an optimized value of at least one parameter related to execution of the at least one second test case is determined.
