  • Patent number: 10737911
Abstract: An electromagnetic pallet assembly includes electromagnetic cells coupled to a pallet base, and an electromagnetic pallet frame supported above the pallet base by pillars. A pallet central processing system is configured to control the electromagnetic cells and/or the pallet frame, and can be further configured to control an electromagnetic frame sheet located above the pallet frame. A signal adapter is configured to transmit signal between the central processing system and a remote control device. A method for adjusting pallet position includes selecting electromagnetic pallets, and activating an electromagnetic assembly of a truck bed surface and/or electromagnetic cells of the selected pallets. Polarity and/or strength of the electromagnetic assembly and/or the electromagnetic cells of the selected pallets are adjusted, and the selected pallets are moved.

  • Patent number: 10176606
Abstract: A method includes obtaining information defining a diagram that contains a diagram element graphically representing a component of an industrial process control and automation system. The method also includes generating a graph representing the diagram element by identifying reference points in the diagram element, identifying at least one direction of each of multiple lines in the diagram element, and forming the graph using the at least one direction of each line and the reference points. The method further includes comparing the graph of the diagram element to one or more graphs of one or more application engineering elements. In addition, the method includes generating a meta file identifying a position of the diagram element in the diagram and the application engineering element that most closely matches the diagram element.

  • Patent number: 9625892
Abstract: A system and method for monitoring device calibration. The system includes an asset management computer communicatively coupled to field devices. The asset management computer includes a processor connected to a memory device storing a field device drift identifying (FDDI) program. The FDDI program causes the asset management computer to statistically determine at least one process control limit from historical parameter data received from each of the field devices. The system continuously samples current parameter data received from each of the field devices and compares the current parameter data to respective ones of the process control limits for each of the field devices to determine whenever any of the current parameter data is outside the process control limit for identifying a first device drift for a first field device. Responsive to identifying the first device drift, an alert is generated that the first field device needs calibration.
