  • Publication number: 20240166446
Abstract: Various embodiments illustrated herein disclose an axle lock assembly comprising a first plate with a first aperture, a second plate with a second aperture, a shaft, wherein the shaft is inserted through the first aperture and the second aperture and a bush. When the bushing is in contact with the first plate and the second plate, the bush creates a lateral force to move the first plate and the second plate in opposite directions to secure the shaft.

  • Publication number: 20220118135
Abstract: Devices, methods, and systems for disinfecting air and surfaces are described herein. The systems may include a source of light, a reflector, a motor, and a controller. The source of light may provide ultraviolet germicidal irradiation light and the light may be selectively provided. The reflector may extend along and/or around the source of light. The motor may be coupled to the reflector and cause the reflector to adjust relative to the source of light so as to direct light at different target locations. The controller may determine occupancy in a room in which the system is located. When the room is not occupied, the controller may cause the reflector to be adjusted to an unoccupied position. When the room is occupied, the controller may cause the reflector to be adjusted to an occupied position.

  • Publication number: 20220118134
Abstract: Systems and method for sanitizing a system using ultraviolet light. A system for sanitizing an object may comprise a housing defining a tunnel and a conveyor movable in a first direction to move an object through the tunnel from the entrance opening to the exit opening. A plurality of ultraviolet (UV) light sources may be positioned about the tunnel. A plurality of reflectors each may extend partially around a corresponding UV light source. Each reflector may be configured to collect UV light emission from the corresponding UV light source and provide a directional projection of UV light into the tunnel. At least one reflector may provide a directional projection of UV light that is angularly offset toward the exit opening of the tunnel and at least one reflector may provide a directional projection of UV light that is angularly offset toward the entrance opening of the tunnel.

  • Patent number: 8059526
Abstract: In an N+1 protection scheme for a router in a data or telecommunications network, a processor-based protection unit has a replica device handle, corresponding to each of the N working units, stored in the protection unit's local memory. Each replica device handle is an image of the connections provided by the corresponding working unit. In one implementation, upon detection of a failure of one of the working units, the router's controller unit sends a single command to instruct the protection unit to reconfigure itself using the corresponding locally stored replica device handle to assume the routing functions of the failed working unit.
