  • Patent number: 11107037
Abstract: A method and system for sharing product data in a collaborative environment is disclosed. In one embodiment, the method includes establishing a session for sharing product data between a source device and a target device. The method includes adaptively generating one or more payload files corresponding to the product data based on payload processing information. The payload processing information includes number of payload files waiting to be processed at the target device. Moreover, the method includes sending the one or more payload files to the target device over the product data sharing session such that the product data is reproduced at the target device using the payload files.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: December 7, 2018
Date of Patent: August 31, 2021
    Assignee: SIEMENS INDUSTRY SOFTWARE INC.

  • Patent number: 9350582
Abstract: A communication device is operative to generate and orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol that includes one or more data and ranging modulation symbols. The data and ranging modulation symbols may be included within different sub-carriers of the OFDM symbol. The OFDM symbol is used to generate an OFDM symbol pair in the frequency domain (FDOM). After conversion from the FDOM to the time domain (TDOM), the OFDM symbol pair may then undergoes post-processing in the TDOM before transmission. Such post-processing may include the addition of cyclic prefix (CP) and cyclic suffix (CS) to the OFDM symbol pair in the TDOM as well as filtering using a window function. The OFDM symbol may be generated as an orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) symbol, and two were more OFDM symbols or OFDMA symbols may be arranged in a frame.

  • Patent number: 8886593
Abstract: A method for data transfer in a data processing system, and corresponding system and machine-readable medium. One method includes receiving by the data processing system information relating to a data structure to be transferred, where the data structure includes a plurality of elements. Each element in the structure is linked to at least one other element in the structure. The method also includes selecting by the data processing system a group of the plurality of elements, the group including at most a predetermined maximum number of elements. The method further includes transferring by the data processing system the group of elements to a destination. The method also includes assigning by the data processing system the elements of the plurality of elements that are not in the group of elements to one or more substructures. At least one substructure is assigned two or more direct child nodes of transferred nodes.
