A first latency data transmission in the subframe can be decoded based on the determined first and second set of time-frequency resources. The first latency transmission can have a longer latency than the second latency transmission.

Correspondingly, a radio network node (22) may exploit the predictable behavior of the UE (12) to override a configured PDSCH in favor of a dynamic PDSCH, by transmitting the Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) that schedules the dynamic PDSCH so that a timing relationship between the PDCCH and the configured PDSCH is satisfied.
