Abstract: In one aspect, the present disclosure relates to compounds of Formula (I), which inhibit Activin A receptor type 1 (ACVR1 or ALK2) and/or mutants thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions thereof, and/or which inhibit Activin A receptor like type 1 (ACVRL1 or ALK1) and/or mutants thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions thereof. In another aspect, the present disclosure provides a method of treating, preventing, and/or ameliorating a disease and/or disorder in a subject, the method comprising administering to the subject at least one compound and/or pharmaceutical composition of the present disclosure. In certain embodiments, the disease and/or disorder is characterized by one or more ACVR1 and/or ACVRL1 activating mutations and/or overactive ACVR1 and/or overactive ACVRL1.

Abstract: In one aspect, the present disclosure provides compounds which inhibit a coronavirus main protease. In another aspect, the present disclosure provides a method of treating, ameliorating and/or preventing a coronavirus infection in a subject, the method comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of the disclosure. In some embodiments, the method prevents or treats COVID-19 in the subject.
