Patent number: 11960579Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to using smart glass and distributed ledger technology to provide secure authentication for digitally hand signing documents. Smart glasses worn by a customer may be activated via an application on a mobile device. The smart glasses may then scan the document and a biometric feature of the customer. The captured biometric feature and document content may be stored on a distributed ledger system. Based on the information stored on the distributed ledger, a unique binary code may be generated. The binary code may be converted into an image and shared with the mobile application. The image may then be embedded into the document as a digital hand signature. The document and the embedded image may be submitted to nodes of the distributed ledger for authentication of the digital hand signature.Type: GrantFiled: February 17, 2022Date of Patent: April 16, 2024Assignee: Bank of America CorporationInventors: Nimish Ravindra Deshpande, Jyoti Kumar, Kumari Priya

Publication number: 20230267223Abstract: A system for validating a response based on context information receives a first message that indicates that a data object is removed from a memory resource via a third party device without authorization by a user. The system communicates a second response that indicates whether a third party confirms the removal of the data object without the authorization by the user to the third party device. The system receives a response from the third party device. The system extracts context information from the response. The system determines whether the response is valid based on the context information, where it is determined to be valid if the response is actionable. In response to determining that the response is actionable, the system recommends one or more actions to be performed with respect to the memory resource.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 22, 2022Publication date: August 24, 2023Inventors: Abhishek Trivedi, Shruti Nandini Thakur, Nimish Ravindra Deshpande, Prashant Khare

Publication number: 20230267276Abstract: A system splits the text into at least a first and a second portions. The system extracts a first context information from the first portion, and a second context information from a second portion in response to feeding the plurality of portions to a first plurality of neuron logic gates. The system compares the first context information with the second context information. If it is determined that the first context information is different from the second context information, the system dynamically activates at least one of a second plurality of neuron logic gates. The system determines an additional information from at least one of the first portion and second portions. The system updates at least one of the first context information and the second context information to include the additional information. The system generates a first output that comprises the updated first context information and the updated second context information.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 22, 2022Publication date: August 24, 2023Inventors: Abhishek Trivedi, Shruti Nandini Thakur, Nimish Ravindra Deshpande, Prashant Khare

Publication number: 20160178145Abstract: An integrated ceiling and light system that incorporates a light module into a ceiling tile or vertical panel. In certain embodiments, the light module may be coupled directly to the ceiling tile. The light module may have a weight per unit exposed surface area that is less than a weight per unit exposed surface area of the ceiling tile. The ceiling tile may have a first weight per unit volume that is greater than a second weight per unit volume of the light module coupled thereto, thereby preventing sagging of the ceiling tile. The ceiling tile may have a recess formed therein with the light module disposed within the recess. In such embodiment, a weight of the light module may be equal to or less than three times the weight of the portion of the ceiling tile that was removed to form the recess.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 17, 2015Publication date: June 23, 2016Inventors: PETER J. Patent number: 6110439Abstract: A wet silica gel can be prepared by a process comprising the steps of contacting a stable, aqueous, fluid, silica system having a pH greater than 7.5 with an ion exchange resin which removes metal ions and replaces them with H+ ions and thereby reduces the pH to less than 5.0, adding an organic liquid to the aqueous silica system, providing, however, that the organic liquid added stays in one phase with the aqueous, silica, system, and does not cause the silica to precipitate, and adding a base to the silica system so that the pH of the silica system is in the range of from about 5.0 to about 7.5, and allowing the wet silica gel to form. The wet silica gel formed by this process is characterized by its high organic solvent content and the low concentration of basic metal ions.Type: GrantFiled: March 3, 1998Date of Patent: August 29, 2000Assignee: Armstrong World Industries, Inc.Inventors: Ravindra Deshpande, Lisa A. Stover
