Abstract: In various example embodiments, a system and method for discovering products in an item inventory are presented. The system receives a corpus of item information listings respectively describing items that are categorized in the same category and including titles but no product identifiers. The system generates a plurality of candidate phrases based on the plurality of titles. The system prunes insignificant phrases from the plurality of candidate phrases to identify a plurality of pruned candidate phrases. The system matches each of the titles to a pruned candidate phrase based on the significance information to identify matched pruned candidate phrases. The matching includes identifying a longest pruned candidate phrase that matches each of the titles. The system stores matched pruned candidate phrases as qualified product titles in the listings to generate a productized corpus of item information and communicates the productized corpus of item information to the sender.

Abstract: A torque sensor, which is for an electric power steering system that has an output shaft for rotating in response to rotation of an input shaft, may include a first rotor for rotating with the input shaft, a second rotor for rotating with the output shaft, a first pinion gear mounted for rotating in response to rotation of the first rotor, a first magnet mounted for rotating with the first pinion gear, a second pinion gear mounted for rotating in response to rotation of the second rotor, a second magnet mounted for rotating with the second pinion gear, a first sensor positioned for sensing an angular position of the first magnet, and a second sensor positioned for sensing an angular position of the second magnet. The first rotor and the second rotor are mounted so that there can be relative rotation between the first rotor and the second rotor.

Abstract: A technique includes providing a first request to access a function that is associated with a first object model. The first request is converted into a second request that is associated with a second object model that is different from the first object model. The technique includes creating an object that is associated with the second object model in response to the second request.
