  • Publication number: 20240088968
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for support of machine learning (ML) or artificial intelligence (AI) assisted channel state information (CSI) feedback. A method performed by a user equipment (UE) includes transmitting capability information indicating a capability of the UE to support a ML based parameter configuration associated with CSI reports; receiving configuration information that indicates parameters for the ML based parameter configuration associated with the CSI reports; and receiving CSI reference signals (RSs). The method further includes measuring the CSI-RSs; determining, based on the configuration information, the measured CSI-RSs, and information related to localized observations of channel statistics in one or more domains, configuration parameters in the one or more domains for the CSI reports; determining, based on the configuration parameters in the one or more domains, a CSI report; and transmitting the CSI report.

  • Patent number: 11714469
Abstract: The present disclosure includes systems and methods for controlling temperature in an electronic device. An electronic device includes a number of heat-emitting components, a plurality of compartments, and a processor. The processor is configured to identify a temperature in one of the compartments of the electronic device, determine whether the identified temperature in the one compartment exceeds a threshold for the one compartment, and in response to determining that the identified temperature for the one compartment exceeds the threshold, modify, based on the identified temperature, operation of a component of the number of heat-emitting components that is located in the one compartment to reduce the temperature in the one compartment.

  • Publication number: 20220172440
Abstract: An electronic device, a client device, and a method for split rendering video content are disclosed. The method includes receiving user data including viewpoint and motion data associated with a client device. The method also includes identifying a first portion of the video content corresponding to a field of view (FoV) of the client device based on the viewpoint. The method further includes identifying speed and direction of the client device based on the motion data. Additionally, the method includes identifying, based on the speed and the direction, a second portion of the video content extending from the first portion of the video content and expanding the FoV. The method also includes scaling the second portion of the video content using a scaling factor that is determined based on the speed. The method further includes transmitting the first and second portions of the video content and the scaling factor.
