The waste management device disclosed herein comprises a vessel having a wall that has a hydrophobic material at an inner surface thereof, and the wall is maintained at a temperature that is at least at Leidenfrost temperature for a mixture. The waste management device disclosed herein further facilitates separating one or more liquids from the mixture of liquids.
