  • Patent number: 12208037
Abstract: A photo detector is selectively coupled to a first integrator or a second integrator with switching circuitry when the laser pulses. An integration time of the signal from the photo detector can be substantially greater than an amount of time between successive laser beam pulses in order to provide an accurate measurement of each laser beam pulse of a high repetition rate pulsed laser. The laser may comprise a clock coupled to an optical switch of the laser system, and control circuitry can control switching and coupling of the detector to the first integrator or the second integrator in response to the clock signal. The first integrator and the second integrator can be selectively coupled to an output such that the first integrator or the second integrator is coupled to the output of the energy detection circuitry when the other integrator is coupled to the detector.

  • Publication number: 20240380970
Abstract: Implementations set forth herein relate to an automated assistant that can control a camera according to one or more conditions specified by a user. A condition can be satisfied when, for example, the automated assistant detects a particular environment feature is apparent. In this way, the user can rely on the automated assistant to identify and capture certain moments without necessarily requiring the user to constantly monitor a viewing window of the camera. In some implementations, a condition for the automated assistant to capture media data can be based on application data and/or other contextual data that is associated with the automated assistant. For instance, a relationship between content in a camera viewing window and other content of an application interface can be a condition upon which the automated assistant captures certain media data using a camera.

  • Publication number: 20240188795
Abstract: Systems and methods for reducing noise in a computer-assisted medical system are described herein. In certain illustrative examples, a system may direct an imaging device to capture one or more pseudo dark frame images of an environment of the imaging device. The system may determine a noise pattern within the set of one or more pseudo dark frame images associated with a coupling of the imaging device and an image processing system. They system may process, based on the noise pattern, additional images captured by the imaging device.

  • Publication number: 20240164945
Abstract: A laser eye surgery system produces a treatment beam that includes a plurality of laser pulses. An optical coherence tomography (OCT) subsystem produces a source beam used to locate one or more structures of an eye. The OCT subsystem is used to sense the distance between a camera objective on the underside of the laser eye surgery system and the patient's eye. Control electronics compare the sensed distance with a pre-determined target distance, and reposition a movable patient support toward or away the camera objective until the sensed distance is at the pre-determined target distance. A subsequent measurement dependent upon the spacing between the camera objective and the patient's eye is performed, such as determining the astigmatic axis by observing the reflection of a plurality of point source LEDs arranged in concentric rings off the eye.

  • Patent number: 11962860
Abstract: The disclosed computer-implemented method may include systems for generating personalized avatar reactions during live video broadcasts. For example, the systems and methods described herein can access a social networking system user's profile to identify an avatar associated with the social networking system user. The systems and methods can generate an avatar reaction by modifying one or more features of the avatar based on a corresponding emoticon reaction. Once generated, the social networking system user can select the avatar reaction for addition to an ephemeral reaction stream associated with a live video broadcast. Various other methods, systems, and computer-readable media are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20220105229
Abstract: In one aspect, a sterilizing lamp may include a lamp main body, a photocatalyst coating outside the lamp main body, and a CCFL light tube inside the lamp main body. The photocatalyst can be activated by the CCFL light passing out from the lamp main body. An emission material that generates the CCL rays may be enclosed in an internal space of the CCFL light tube. In one embodiment, the photocatalyst in the present invention is TiO2-based. For the specific photocatalyst used in the present invention, the most effective CCFL rays to activate the photocatalyst include a first CCFL ray with shorter wavelength and a second CCFL ray with longer wavelength.
