    Abstract: A diskette jacket is made from biaxially-oriented polyester film containing particles of a different polymer which provide a matte finish that aesthetically masks scratches and smudges. The polyester film provides better resistance to pillowing and to scratching as compared to the polyvinylchloride diskette jackets of the prior art.
