  • Patent number: 11672242
Abstract: A system comprises a rod holder, an input device, a driving device, and a controller. The rod holder holds one or more fishing rods. The driving device is coupled to drive the rod holder. The controller controls the driving device to move the rod holder based on stored rod movement information, based on a random generated movement sequence, or based on real time user input. In operation, the input device receives rod movement information that indicates at least one characteristic of rod movement, including position, timing, direction, angle, or speed. During recording of a jigging sequence, the controller stores rod movement information as stored rod movement information. During replaying of a jigging sequence, the controller controls the rod holder based on the stored rod movement information. The sequence is repeated until the user stops the replaying. The system is optionally controlled to perform a random jigging sequence.

  • Publication number: 20110231500
Abstract: A system and method for integrating a plurality of support case or ticket management systems via email is invented. Said system and method enable escalation of cases or tickets between existing support systems with no or limited customization. Said existing support system is any CRM, helpdesk or service desk system, and can be distributed across a plurality of organizations. The subject, body and other fields of a case can be represented by the subject, body and other fields of an email. And, because email is a built-in capability of many support systems, integration may be achieved without an adapter.

  • Publication number: 20110112846
Abstract: A system and method for a support chain, support chain management, support case and trouble ticket escalation across multiple organizations is invented. While supply chain addresses product delivery across multiple organizations, “support chain” addresses support delivery to customers across multiple organizations. One typical support chain is formed by the partnering organizations in support case escalation path. One or more exchanges are established for organizations to become members, and through the exchanges organizations communicate with each other using their existing CRM and trouble ticket systems. Ticket Data Interchange standards are defined to govern support chain integration. For a member organization, the exchange further functions as hosted CRM or trouble ticket system, allowing the organization to centrally manage customer or user tickets, and as hosted VRM (vendor relationship management) system, allowing an organization to centrally manage vendor tickets.
