  • Publication number: 20230383347
Abstract: A method of predicting the likelihood of brain amyloid-beta deposition is provided to predict the occurrence of diseases caused by brain amyloid-beta deposition, including Alzheimer's disease, in Koreans. More specifically, a method of providing information is provided for predicting the likelihood of brain amyloid-beta deposition. A composition and a kit is provided for predicting the likelihood of brain amyloid-beta deposition. The method of providing information for predicting the likelihood of brain amyloid-beta deposition may effectively screen individuals with a high likelihood of brain amyloid-beta deposition at an early stage, thereby providing an appropriate method of inhibiting the development of a disease caused by brain amyloid-beta deposition or treating an individual having the disease.
