Abstract: An electronic gaming tile includes a lighting system so that the tile emits light which can be seen during game play in low-light conditions. The tile may be for example, a domino or other gaming tile type (for example, mahjong). The tile includes a shell with a removable rear cover, which define a shell interior cavity that houses a tile power source, a tile controller board, and a light source. Some aspects include a storage case configured with a charging system that charges the tile power source of each tile to provide power to the light source when the tile is to be used for game play.

Abstract: A method for playing a game on a game surface. The method includes mixing a predetermined set of playing cards, placing each of the cards in the set face down into respective color coded areas on the game surface, and determining one or more colors appearing face up on a plurality of color coded game pieces based on a roll of the plurality of color coded game pieces on the game surface. The method further includes determining a result of the roll by revealing a subset of the set of cards in the plurality of color coded areas based on the one or more colors appearing face up on the plurality of color coded game pieces.

The patient computing system receives an indication that it is to begin a game, and executes the game using identified game parameters that are associated with the patient by a clinician as part of a disease therapy program. As the game executes, game state progresses in response to physical activity of the patient, causing the patient to exercise. The physical activity is received as input into the patient computing system. Such input causes game state to be progressed dependent on the identified game parameters that are associated with the game. Thus, the game is tailored for the patient by a clinician in order to motivate physical activity that is medically beneficial to the patient in order to advance through the disease therapy program.

A system for locking the dovetail of a trailer in the travel position includes a sled for locking the dovetail of a trailer in the travel position, a railing on the underside of the trailer to accommodate the sled, wherein the sled is moveably attached to the railing such that the sled can slide into a loading position clear of the dovetail or a travel position at least partially beneath the dovetail, and means for actuating the sled to the loading position and travel position. A method for locking the dovetail of a trailer includes moving the dovetail of a trailer into the travel position and sliding a sled from a loading position underneath the trailer to a travel position at least partially underneath the dovetail of the trailer.

Abstract: A plant cell suspension culture to derive azadirachtin-producing cells is described. The culture overcomes the disadvantages of the present processes of seed extraction. The culture allows for the continuous production of azadirachtin that is free of pathogens and toxins, independent of environmental conditions. It yields a predictable quantity and quality of bioactive product and permits continuous production at a desired, contained location.
