  • Patent number: 12014157
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described for intelligent imputation of missing data in a machine learning (ML) dataset comprised of a plurality of features. Each feature includes a plurality of values, where at least a portion of the values for one or more features are missing. A server analyzes the ML dataset to generate characteristics of the missing values in the ML dataset. The server selects an imputation algorithm for filling in the missing values based upon the identified characteristics. The server determines a computing environment in which the imputation algorithm is executed based upon one or more of a size of the ML dataset or the selected algorithm. The server generates code that comprises instructions for executing the imputation algorithm on the ML dataset in the computing environment. The server integrates the code into an ML platform that executes the code to assign replacement values to the missing values.

  • Publication number: 20230139473
Abstract: Disclosed are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable storage media for malware detection and content item recovery. For example, a content management system can receive information describing changes made to content items stored on a user device. The content management system can analyze the information to determine if the described changes are related to malicious software on the user device. When the changes are related to malicious software, the content management system can determine which content items are effected by the malicious software and/or determine when the malicious software first started making changes to the user device. The content management system can recover effected content items associated with the user device by replacing the effected versions of the content items with versions of the content items that existed immediately before the malicious software started making changes to the user device.

  • Publication number: 20220105207
Abstract: Dual-modality contrast agents are disclosed herein, having the general formula: R1 includes a chelating moiety that is chelated to a Mn2+ isotope. The disclosed contrast agents differentially target a wide range of malignant tumor tissues, and can be simultaneously used as contrast agents for both magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and positron emission topography (PET) imaging. Accordingly, the disclosed contrast agent can be used in diagnosing and monitoring solid tumor cancers.

  • Patent number: 10878089
Abstract: Disclosed are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable storage media for identifying malware based on content item identifiers. For example, a system for detecting malware can be made more efficient by reducing the number of content items that are scanned or analyzed for malicious software code or computer instructions. The number of content items that need to be scanned can be reduced by identifying suspicious content items based on tokens (e.g., strings of characters) commonly used by malware in the identifiers of malware related content items and then analyzing the identified suspicious content items for malicious content (e.g., malicious software instructions) using the anti-malware software.

  • Patent number: 10562642
Abstract: A system for tracking a vehicle includes a transceiver configured to receive a first signal including first surveillance data from the vehicle at a first time, and receive a second signal from the vehicle at a second time. The system further includes processing circuitry configured to determine a first location and a first course of the vehicle at the first time based on the first surveillance data, and determine a change in power level from the first signal to the second signal. The processing circuitry is further configured to predict a maneuver for the vehicle based on the first location, the first course, and the change in power level from the first signal to the second signal.
