  • Patent number: 11371797
Abstract: A dual-purpose type gas-valve structure especially related to a gas-gun gas-valve used for controlling the igniting and releasing of gas. It is specially designed with the horizontal and vertical gas entrance types coexisting structure to facilitate selecting different types to insert and connect the high-pressure steel cylinder depending on the gun type. It mainly consists of a box-body set with several connected horizontal and vertical channels inside; wherein a group of vertically intersecting channels located below can respectively insert into the high-pressure steel cylinder from the horizontal entrance and the vertical entrance from outside; wherein the lower-layer horizontal channel located at the upper f-type channel belongs to the high-pressure gas control room and the touch-press port, and the gas can be thereby released to the vertical channel and strongly ejected out through the upper-layer horizontal channel to instantaneously propel and launch out the bullet of the connecting barrel.

  • Patent number: 9375772
Abstract: A method to form a disposable compressed gas cartridge, wherein the method provides a steel sheet, and using sequentially (N) progressively longer dies forms from the steel sheet a vessel comprising a cylindrical wall, a closed end, and an open end, wherein the cylindrical wall comprises a body diameter, and wherein (N) is greater than equal to 5. The method then heats a first portion of the vessel at an annealing temperature, wherein that first portion includes the open end and a portion of the cylindrical wall adjacent the open end. The method then uses sequentially (M) tubular dies to form a cartridge neck by progressively narrowing the first portion of the vessel from the body diameter at a distal end of the first portion to an open end diameter at the open end to form an empty gas cartridge, wherein the body diameter is greater than a neck diameter.

  • Publication number: 20060006180
Abstract: An improvement of a high-pressure steel bottle sealing structure mainly consists of a cover body, a rubber ring and a bottle head whereby the cover body is designed with a convex point at the horizontal bottom which diameter is smaller than that of the inner diameter of the bottle head, and a rubber ring is found at the vertical side edge of the cover body with a thinner diameter than that of the horizontal bottom; the rubber ring is found at the vertical side edge of the cover body stopping at the air passage in order to resist inverse pressure and to prevent air leaking; the bottle head is found at the top of the high-pressure steel bottle and a ring base is designed in the middle of the passage such that the cover body inside stops at the ring base by using the convex point, and an additional length is also left at the bottle head for sealing procedure. Hence, the present invention provides a very rapid air sealing procedure of N2O, O2 or other special gas.
