  • Patent number: 11048244
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating a facilities report are described herein. A user- chosen series of questions can be automatically generated by accessing the storage after a user has chosen a facility system category. Survey data can be received based on received responses to the user-chosen series of questions. Picture and/or video data of model information can be received for a building element at the existing property. The picture and/or video data can be automatically associated with the existing property based on GPS identification for the existing property. A facilities report can be automatically generated for the existing property. A GUI can be presented allowing a user to associate picture and/or video data with various facilities by confirming that a file for a particular facility should be accessed and/or opened.

  • Publication number: 20150213384
Abstract: A system for generating a capital budgeting plan taking into consideration specific real property information and an objective List of Rules selected by a user(s) against which all projects are compared. The system generates a Ranked List of requirements based on the real property information and the List of Rules. The Ranked List is based on the objective criteria selected by the user to provide a transparent and defensible capital budget plan.

  • Patent number: 8612277
Abstract: A system allowing a user to answer a series of questions to generate survey data, associating system data with the survey data to generate a highly accurate report. The user may, customize the survey by selecting categories corresponding to certain series of questions and be presented with a running total of costs associated with each selected action, a total cost for all selected actions, and an impact on the property FCI corresponding to the selected action. The report allows, for example, for targeted assessment of select facilities systems including a time frame within which work to be performed on select facilities systems and/or a cost associated with work to be performed.

  • Publication number: 20130218628
Abstract: A system for generating cost estimates and budgets for construction/maintenance projects for a property(s) allowing a user to select cost database from which to select cost data for the performance of an action item. The different databases may correspond to different geographic locations and include labor, materials and equipment costs for the selected location. The system further provides for presenting a hierarchical listing of cost line items with a cost associated with the item and searchable by description or an item identification number. The system still further allows for a user to click on an individual action item and obtain line item cost information relating to the selected action item.

  • Publication number: 20130211787
Abstract: A system allowing a user to respond to a series of options to generate survey data, associating system data with the survey data to generate a highly accurate report of the facility. The user may, customize the survey by selecting categories corresponding to certain series of options and be presented with a running total of costs associated with each selected action, a total cost for all selected actions, and an impact on the property FCI corresponding to the selected action. The option is further provided to take digital photos and/or videos and associate the photos/videos with selected facilities and facility systems.

  • Patent number: 4929191
Abstract: Battery cable clamp apparatus includes a dielectric and corrosive resistant block having a bore which receives a battery terminal post, and an intersecting bore into which a battery cable connector element extends. The two bores intersect at the battery terminal post. A screw element is used to help provide electrical connection between the battery cable, which extends into the connector element, and between the connector element and the battery post by means of a third bore extending into the dielectric block.

  • Patent number: 4576430
Abstract: Snap cable clamp apparatus for battery terminals includes an elongated dielectric block with a conductive block embedded therein and an aperture extending through both blocks and a slot extending between the aperture and the end of the outer, dielectric block. The aperture is adapted to be disposed on a battery terminal post. A dielectric clamp extends over the dielectric block after the block has been secured to a battery terminal post to secure the block to the terminal post. The block and the clamp help to seal the terminal post to prevent corrosion from battery fumes building up on or between the terminal and the clamp apparatus.
