  • Patent number: 11835176
Abstract: A lubricating system that includes a manifold with one or more manifold ports that permit a flow of lubricant through the manifold. The manifold is configured for removable attachment to another manifold such that any number of manifold can be joined together. An ejector is removably attached to the manifold. The ejector has one or more projections configured for insertion into each of the one or more manifold ports in the manifold, such that the ejector is configured to receive the flow of lubricant from the manifold, via the one or more projections, and to discharge lubricant periodically, or at preset intervals, from one or more outlet ports of the ejector. A locking key is disposed between the manifold and ejector. The locking key is configured such that movement of the locking key attaches or detaches the ejector from the manifold.

  • Publication number: 20090108103
Abstract: A spray system with an improved valve assembly for various liquid spray applications is provided. The improved needle valve assembly includes a variable orifice and a fixed orifice for enhanced controllability of liquid output. The liquid output control is enhanced when a variable orifice is adjusted to regulate a liquid flow rate while a minimum flow rate is precisely maintained by a proper selection of a fixed orifice.

  • Patent number: 5927337
Abstract: A modular valve block assembly adapted to form a manifold for fluid applications comprised of a plurality of individual valves having an outlet orthogonally disposed relative to the inlet. More specifically, the manifold of the present invention includes a plurality of individual valve blocks having one inlet, and two outlets. One outlet is disposed coaxially with the inlet and is adapted for direct or spaced connection to the inlet of another valve block. The other outlet of each block is provided at a ninety degree angle to the inlet to allow for connection to the machine or object receiving the compressed fluid. A ball or needle valve is provided to control the flow of fluid to the first outlet, the second outlet, or both. The present invention therefore provides a modular manifold assembly which allows for quick and inexpensive assembly without the need for costly and cumbersome "T" adapters and individual input lines in that the individual valves include orthogonally disposed inlets and outlets.
