    Abstract: A process for recovering cyanuric acid values and chlorine from the effluent mother liquor occurring in the preparation of an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal salts of dichloroisocyanurate or dichloroisocyanuric acid or trichloroisocyanuric acid, the foregoing recovery process comprising reacting dichloroisocyanurate acid or trichloroisocyanuric acid present in the foregoing effluent with a strong mineral acid.
