  • Patent number: 10337078
Abstract: Described are solid agglomerates of fine metal particles and methods for manufacturing same. A liquid oily lubricant is used in the manufacture of the solid agglomerates. The manufacturing comprises blending fine metal particles with the liquid oily lubricant and compacting the oily metallic mixture obtained to desired solid form. Advantageously, the solid agglomerates possess a desirable density, a suitable resistance to crumbling and dusting during handling, and they can resist to high temperature and to humidity. Solid agglomerated metal products, according to the invention, may be useful for different purposes such as quality charge material for steel plants, blast furnaces and foundries.

  • Patent number: 5338232
Abstract: An electrical interconnection device comprising a body of elastic insulating material through which extends at least one duct and at least one conducting element inserted into the duct to establish therein an electrical contact with another conducting element whereas a bearing shoulder formed between a rod and a head of the conducting element is applied against the body in the vicinity of the duct and prevents the full penetration of the conducting element into the duct, the device being usable in particular in electronic mountings.

  • Patent number: 4328476
Abstract: An electromagnetic relay mounted within a casing comprises a coil provided with an axial core forming a magnetic circuit with a yoke and two L-shaped armatures. A first arm of each armature consists of a magnetic plate while a second arm serves to actuate movable contacts. The ends of the second arms cooperate with each other by interengagement of lugs so as to ensure synchronous operation of the armatures.

  • Patent number: 4321569
Abstract: A miniature sealing-tight relay having components which are disposed in a plastic material casing especially suited for use as a telephone relay. The casing has a belt having walls in which a magnetic circuit, a coil and the associated connections are moulded; one or two side plates are welded to belt 1 and the fixed contacts and the components for securing and pivoting moving contacts are moulded therein.

  • Patent number: 4232291
Abstract: An electronic key and lock system. The key unit is plugged in the unit and electrically interconnected therewith only through the leads. Each unit is fitted with a contact strip matrix provided with slots which allow access to the points of intersection of the contact strips from the external face of the unit, the user being provided with conductor pins that can be inserted in the slots so as to set up different combinations. Each unit contains electronic circuits designed to generate (in the case of both the key and the lock) and to detect (in the case of the lock only) a signal in which at least one parameter varies as a function of the established combination, the lock incorporating an electrical power supply for the electronic circuits of both units.

  • Patent number: 4223298
Abstract: The battery is connected to the terminal supplying the electrical system and the starter relay or the primary ignition circuit by a thyristor. The latter's gate is controlled by a switch. Another switch makes it possible to establish a brief short-circuit to extinguish the thyristor. Any current draw then supplies the winding of an alarm relay.
