Abstract: The present disclosure concerns an automated optical system for detection of a sanitary condition of a button, the system comprising a button housing defining a button-receiving cavity and comprising an inner side; a button disposed in the button-receiving cavity; an optical assembly to capture an optical signal of the button; a sanitary condition detection assembly to detect a predetermined sanitary condition of the button from information derived from the captured optical signal; and a disinfecting system for disinfecting the button. It also concerns a corresponding method.

Abstract: A method and system for tracking of a delivery of a menu item. The method includes receiving an order for the menu item from a customer interface, the order identifying a selected menu item and an address for the delivery; sending a request for preparation of the menu item; identifying an available delivery vehicle among a plurality of delivery vehicles; receiving a preparation completion notification indicating that preparation of the menu item has ended; dispatching the order for delivery, including an identification of the available delivery vehicle and the address; receiving a displacement notification indicating that the menu item is being displaced by the available delivery vehicle; retrieving geopositional data representing a geographical position of the available delivery vehicle; sending a displacement notification to the customer interface including an indication of the geographical position of the available delivery vehicle.

Abstract: An apparatus for disinfecting a button including a housing having an inner side and an outer side. At least one button is disposed within the housing, the button having a rotational symmetry allowing rotation of the button with respect to the housing. A rotation mechanism rotates the button with respect to the housing. A disinfecting system positioned on the inner side of the housing disinfects a portion of the button that is exposed on the inner side of the housing. The rotation mechanism rotates the button at a substantially constant speed. The apparatus provides a safer operation of the button as there is a continuous sanitizing of the surface of the button contaminated by users.

Each container has a rounded rectangular parallelepiped body with four symmetrical sidewalls, a rounded square base and a rounded square top. An elongated sidewall slot is provided on each sidewall, the slot has a surrounding lip thereby creating an internal edge recess. The sidewall slot has an open end and an adjoining closed end. The adjoining closed end is centrally disposed along a transversal axis of the rectangular sidewall. A similarly constructed elongated base slot is provided on the base. The adjoining closed end of the base slot is centrally disposed on the square base. A neck is centrally provided on the top and extends from the top, it has a surrounding rim and an opening thereon. The rim of the neck and the internal recess of the base slot and the sidewall slot are dimensioned and shaped for sliding and interconnecting engagement.
