    Abstract: An apparatus is provided for locking a wheel of a vehicle against rotation for the prevention of vehicle theft. A contacting element has one end releasably connectable to a portion of the vehicle undercarriage. The contacting element extends through an opening in a vehicle wheel. A stabilizing element is positioned immediately adjacent an outside portion of the wheel and a padlock is connected to the connecting element through a hole there through.
