    Abstract: A combined camouflage and decoy device which includes a suspension mechanism such as a cap wearable on the head of a hunter. A cape is suspended from and hangs freely from the suspension mechanism. A decoy extends outward from the suspension mechanism. The hunter will be allowed to impart movement to the decoy to attract animals.
