Activation of the secure element and the contactless communication system is coupled to the activation status of the mobile device's screen. Activation of the secure element may be further coupled to the activation status of an electronic wallet application. Where activation of the electronic wallet application is required, one-click activation of the electronic wallet application and secure element is provided.
