Abstract: An apparatus for use with a paintable liquid and with a connector that is configured to connect to a stationary object. The apparatus includes a paint container that is configured to operatively contain the paintable liquid once the paintable liquid is received in the paint container. The paint container includes a wall that is configured to surround, at least in part, the paintable liquid being received in the paint container. The wall includes a connector receiver that is configured to cooperatively engage with the connector once the connector is positioned relative to the connector receiver.

Abstract: A container for holding paintable liquid, the container comprising: a base; a continuous wall extending up from the base and forming a top opening; a gripping means formed in the wall and being sized, shaped, and positioned to permit a user to grip the gripping means to hold the container; a dipping section adjacent to the gripping means, the dipping section being sized, shaped, and positioned to permit a brush to be inserted into the dipping section through the top opening to contact the liquid; and an inclined tongue portion extending upwardly and outwardly from the wall adjacent to the dipping section, the tongue portion being sized, shaped and positioned to permit the brush to be dabbed thereon to remove excess liquid from the brush, and to permit the excess liquid to drain into the dipping section.

Abstract: A container for holding paint comprising, a base; a wall extending from the base and being closed so as to define a contained area and an opening; a gripping means comprising at least one recess in the wall; a tongue portion extending from the wall to permit a brush to be dabbed thereon for removing excess liquid. The wall tapers outward as the wall extends from the base, such that the cross-sectional area of the opening exceeds the cross-sectional area of the base, the wall and the at least one recess being sized, shaped and positioned to permit the container to be stacked within another said container.
