    Abstract: A uniquely configured and constructed light diffuser device which is versatile in the sense that it is easily associated with various light sources ubiquitously found in the photographic field wherein the diffuser has a myriad of light diffusing and reflecting capabilities because of the ability to diffuse or reflect light selectively. The device is easily handled and positionable into an erect or collapsed position for ease of transport and association with a light source. The device utilizes diffusing segments or panels which are alterable independent of each other in order to vary lighting patterns associated with photographic objects. The device is lightweight and collapsible for ease of asportation and finds unique applicability in the photography field wherein it is desired to achieve and attain various lighting characteristics.
