Publication number: 20240160457Abstract: A multi-user collaboration system, and a method of providing the same are disclosed. The method involves creating a workspace to which a plurality of digital materials can be shared by one or more internal users; receiving, from an internal user of the one or more internal users, an external collaboration request to collaborate with an external user type; in response to receiving the external collaboration request: creating a sub-workspace in association with the workspace for the external user type; and assigning a sub-workspace user group to the sub-workspace; and displaying a set of feedback on the one or more digital materials to a user. The sub-workspace is accessible by an external user associated with the external user type to provide a sub-workspace feedback in respect of one or more digital materials of the plurality of digital materials shared to the sub-workspace.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 14, 2023Publication date: May 16, 2024Inventors: Adam Michael KEATING, Jeremy William Andrews, Peter Jeffrey GOSSE, Levin Stanley MEJIA-KING, Robert Raymond Graham PERCY

Publication number: 20050157260Abstract: A stereoscopic imaging lens includes a first lens set and a second lens set. The lens receives collimated laser light from the scanning laser ophthalmoscope and, focuses on the fundus of the eye. By use of a prism set, two offset images are provided to the scanning laser ophthalmoscope. The system provides virtually simulatneous side-by-side but offset images that can be viewed with a stereoscopic viewing device, which provides apparent depth perception.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 12, 2004Publication date: July 21, 2005Inventors: Raymond Graham, Peter Harrington, Giovanni Staurenghi

Patent number: 5685347Abstract: A method of forming an air bag which includes the steps of weaving on a loom an upper and lower fabric simultaneously, the two fabrics being combined in selected areas to define a seam of substantially circular shape. A bag is produced by cutting within the seam. The bag does not have an additional coating, but the permeability of the bag is determined by controlling the sett thereby utilizing the permeability of the weave itself.Type: GrantFiled: May 1, 1995Date of Patent: November 11, 1997Assignee: Airbags International LimitedInventors: Raymond Graham, Christopher Paul Kavanagh, Simon Valkenburg, Michael Gervase Litton

Patent number: 4170234Abstract: Electro-surgical pencils are used with a variety of commercially available machines which produce two different types of electrical impulses--one for cutting, the other for cauterizing. In the system of this invention there is a pencil having an electrode received therein (preferably the electrode being reversible to expose two different working ends) and having a finger-actuated, toggle-type switch in the pencil to selectively connect either of the types of electrical impulses to the electrode. A cord having at least three conductors extends from the switch to an adapter which is a multi-contact plug fitting into a matching socket in the machine or permanently attached to the machine. The end of the cord remote from the pencil is received in the adapter and electrical contact with the conductors is expeditiously established. Preferably, the pencil is used with a cup attached to a surgical drape for convenient deposit between uses.Type: GrantFiled: October 11, 1977Date of Patent: October 9, 1979Assignee: Dytek CorporationInventor: Raymond Graham

Patent number: 3939579Abstract: This disclosure is for an Audio-Visual training device having both a projectable film tape and an audio tape with control indicia on the audio tape in addition to recorded audio messages. The tape indicia are used to control a small processor which governs both tape and film movement. A keyboard on the device is used to enter replies to queries to a user from the tape and film and the processor will determine both tape and film movement in response to the answer to a query. The system is capable of multiway branching to present to the viewer the proper information pertaining to his answer. Several counters are available to count trials, correct or incorrect responses, etc., and to control tape and film movement in accordance with the counter readings. A proctor light may be turned on to call for personal assistance and to lock up the machine when a student is in trouble and the program does not have the proper branch to clear up the difficulty.Type: GrantFiled: December 28, 1973Date of Patent: February 24, 1976Assignee: International Business Machines CorporationInventors: Lawrence Paul Andrews, Raymond Graham Fox, Clayton Potter Ludeman, Thomas Wilbur Rounds, Jr., Victor Anthony Scuderi, Douglas Howard Strait
