    Abstract: A plow blade operating system having a plow or scraper is configured to quickly and retractably overcome obstacles that are encountered during plowing, scraping, and leveling activities without the need to recharge or reset the system pressure after the obstacles have been passed and which continually biases the plow or scraper downward against the road surface such that the plow or scraper will properly remove snow, sand, gravel, etc . . . from any dips or depressions in the road.
