    Abstract: A pocket loss prevention device for pockets to retain the contents of a pocket against loss or unauthorized removal. The device includes a flat rectangular insert of elastic material that is secured to the inside face of the pocket at the mouth of the pocket. An article to be secured is inserted into the pocket and up under the resilient insert. This will prevent articles such as a wallet from slipping out of the pocket until removed by a deliberate action of the user.

    Abstract: A microprocessor-controlled, self-contained steam sterilizer is disclosed. Once the steam exposure phase is complete in the sterilizer, the microprocessor is programmed to operate the vaporizing heater in a low-power duty cycle to utilize the vaporizing heater as a drying heater in a lower power operating mode to effect a drying phase.

    Abstract: Method and apparatus for providing a low temperature environment at a substantially constant and uniform temperature. A closed chamber is provided with an inlet and outlet. The chamber is operated at subatmospheric pressure. Steam is introduced into the chamber for providing the heating environment at a preselected temperature. A vacuum is applied to the chamber to regulate the steam about its saturation point for a preselected temperature.

    Abstract: An unplumbed sterilizer is provided with an exhaust valve means which allows automatic liquid introduction to the sterilizing chamber with the door closed even after a prior sterilization cycle has been run. The exhaust valve means also minimizes the possibility of trapping air within the chamber.
