The picture and/or video data can be automatically associated with the existing property based on GPS identification for the existing property. A facilities report can be automatically generated for the existing property. A GUI can be presented allowing a user to associate picture and/or video data with various facilities by confirming that a file for a particular facility should be accessed and/or opened.

Abstract: A process extracts and reclaims the components of an asphalt-based material having as constituents at least asphalt and one or more solid materials. A solvent for asphalt dissolves the asphalt constituent to form a slurry of asphalt-solvent liquid and the solid materials. The liquid and the solids in the slurry are then separated. The liquid is separated into solvent and asphalt. The solids, when of more than one type, are separated into at least one pure constituent solid. In a preferred embodiment, the process runs in a continuous mode with the various materials flowing as streams into spaces where steps of the process operate. The process can be used for both worn roofing shingles and for asphalt paving.

Abstract: Crude oil can be refined through a filtration media. Cavitation bubbles having localized areas of very high temperatures and pressures may be created thereby causing several physical and chemical phenomena, including thermal cracking of carbon-carbon bonds as the crude moves through the flux cartridge membrane. Heavy hydrocarbons are residues are thereby cracked into smaller lowering boiling molecules having a higher API gravity. Once the relatively smaller hydrocarbons pass through the flux cartridge membrane into the flux cartridge, the effluent can be routed to a second separator annulus. It should also be pointed out that lighter hydrocarbons formed can volatilize and special provisions may be needed to efficiently capture these gases.
