    Abstract: An apparatus for cooling occupants of an open-air vehicle with a mist of water provided by a spray nozzle and blown by a fan onto the occupants. An apparatus having a water reservoir, pump, heat exchanger, nozzle for atomizing water and fan provides a mist of water through directional vents resulting in enhanced evaporative cooling of the vehicle occupants.
