Abstract: In an inverted V-8 engine capable of operating in power level steps with four pairs of piston and cylinder assemblies having fuel injectors with dual options, the improvement which comprises a three component frame structure having cooperating interengaging surfaces containing two banks of four inline crankshaft connected piston and cylinder units converging angularly upwardly from two interconnected crankshafts. The surface-to-surface contact between the block component and head component includes oppositely paired cylinder open ends covered by cam operated valving in the head component with the adjacent upper combustion chambers of each pair of cylinders being communicated by an intercommunicating polished passage formed in a two-piece insert fixedly positioned in a recess in the head component and a method of operating the engine in a vehicle.

A time is determined to upload the electronic package from the destination content server to the nomadic server of the vehicle. Quality of service that a network uses to deliver the electronic package is provisioned based thereon.

Abstract: High flow capacity corrugated coilable dual wall plastic pipe having improved longitudinal flexibility and a bend radius sufficient to permit coiling and plowing of such pipe into the ground using automated installation equipment. The coilable dual wall pipe has an outer corrugated wall formed of a thermoplastic material such as high density polyethylene, and an inner smooth wall formed of a different more flexible and resilient thermo-bondable material that has an enhanced strain capacity and lower modulus of elasticity. The inner wall material also has enhanced mechanical properties which generally improve processing and help prevent excessive drag and tearing of the liner material during the manufacturing process.

Abstract: An admixture includes a cementitious component, an unprocessed biomass component, calcium chloride, calcium carbonate, and an adhesive element. The admixture is suitable for mixing with water to form a flowable material that cures to produce a hardened material. A flowable material includes the admixture and water. A method of producing a flowable material includes turning on a mixer and adding an unprocessed biomass component to a drum of the mixer. The unprocessed biomass component is sprayed with an adhesive element to form a first composition. Calcium carbonate is added to the first composition in the mixing chamber, to form a second composition. The second composition is mixed. A cementitious component is added to the mixed second composition in the mixing chamber, to form a third composition, which is mixed with water and calcium chloride to produce the flowable material. The flowable material cures to form the hardened material.

In various embodiments, the system may be adapted to determine a current dispatchable location for the individual who is in need of help, use the determined dispatchable location to determine which particular public-safety answering point will be handling an emergency electronic communication (e.g., text message or other, non-text digital or analog electronic communication) regarding the individual, update a data structure associated with the particular public-safety answering point to indicate the individual's current location, and then initiate and/or mediate an electronic communication between the individual and the emergency services provider. In various embodiments, updating the database may provide more accurate information regarding the individual's location than would otherwise be available for the individual.
