  • Patent number: 11741414
Abstract: Execution systems using unstructured data include one or more processors performing steps including accessing a workflow document; identifying, from the workflow document, an action and one or more first mappings between the action and data in the working document; identifying an API function for performing the action; executing one or more first SQL queries specified in the first mappings; extracting, from results of the first SQL queries, input data for the action; preparing one or more parameters to pass to the API function based on the input data; executing the API function to perform one or more tasks; receiving result data from the API function; retrieving, from the workflow document, one or more second mappings between the action and the data in the working document; and writing, using the query module using one or more second SQL queries specified in the second mappings, the result data into the working document.

  • Patent number: 11481233
Abstract: Execution systems for augmenting legacy user interfaces include a memory, one or more input/output device, and one or more processors coupled to the memory and the one or more input/output devices. The one or more processors are configured to load a workflow described according to a workflow structure, the workflow structure describing subprocesses of the workflow, routings between the subprocesses, and actions that make up the subprocesses; connect to a legacy user interface based on the workflow; receive a message from the legacy user interface; determine a subprocess for responding to the message based on the workflow; and perform one or more actions of the determined subprocess to respond to the message. In some embodiments, performing the one or more actions includes presenting information from the message to an operator, soliciting input from the operator, and sending a response to the legacy user interface based on the input.

  • Patent number: 11457103
Abstract: A system includes multiple in-room telephones (e.g., in the rooms of a hotel or the like) with integrated tablet-like touch displays in each one of multiple rooms, a computer-based server that is connected to the in-room telephones and interacts with the in-room telephones to provide configuration information to facilitate display of advertising information including, for example, logos, at the touch displays of the in-room telephones, and one or more computer control terminals connected to the computer-based server and operable to facilitate human control over various aspects of system operation including the advertising information displayed at the touch displays of the in-room telephones.

  • Patent number: 11055650
Abstract: Execution systems using unstructured data include a memory, one or more input/output devices, and one or more processors coupled to the memory and the input/output devices. The one or more processors are configured to receive a working document comprising data, receive a workflow described according to a workflow structure, the workflow structure describing sub-processes of the workflow, routings between the sub-processes, actions that make up the sub-processes, and mappings between the data in the working document and the actions, identify a first sub-process to be performed, perform each of one or more first actions associated with the first sub-process, update the data in the working document based on one or more first mappings associated with the one or more first actions, and select a second sub-process to be performed based on the data in the working document and one or more first routings associated with the first sub-process.

  • Patent number: 10367731
Abstract: A method is provided for improving voice quality of Voice over IP networks in which a highest-quality routing protocol is interposed between a local IP PBX exchange and a cloud-based Internet service provider server to which calls are to be routed, wherein the highest-quality routing protocol detects the quality of the voice channel between the local IP PBX exchange and cloud-based Internet service provider servers and routes voice calls to that cloud-based Internet service provider server exhibiting the highest voice call quality, with the highest voice quality server connection determined by detecting lost packets and packet delay between the local IP PBX exchange and a server.
