  • Patent number: 9937432
Abstract: The current invention provides a kit of playing materials. The kit includes an inflatable foil, which is suitable for receiving and containing a gas and for forming a balloon. The foil has a colorable area, which covers the foil at least partially. The kit also includes a set of wax-based coloring agents, which can be applied directly onto the foil. Due to the light-weight properties of the foil, the balloon is floating in the air when filled with helium. In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for providing one or more colorable balloons.

  • Patent number: 6411526
Abstract: The present invention provides for a self-aligned, panel mounted cord set, a method of manufacture therefor and an electronic equipment chassis employing the same. One end of the cord set is mounted in an aperture on a panel of an electronic equipment chassis (typically a back panel). The cord set self-aligns when mounted in the aperture to provide a mating connection with an electronic module housed in the chassis. In one embodiment of the invention the self-aligned panel mounted cord set has an elongated body with first and second opposing ends. Coupled to the first end is a power cord configured to mate with an electrical source, such as an AC wall outlet. Coupled to the second end is an electronic module connector configured to mate with the electronic module. About the elongated body is a flange with an alignment post thereon configured to align the elongated body with respect to the panel when positioned in the aperture.

  • Patent number: 5776195
Abstract: A procedure for facilitating osseous growth, particularly in dental surgery and in maxillofacial surgery, and device for implementing this procedure is disclosed. The device includes an elastic member which is interposed between bone surface and a membrane arranged beneath tissues overlying the bone surface. The elastic member is capable of lifting the membrane a slight distance with a controlled amount of pressure. In the procedure, the elastic member is held temporarily, until scarring has taken place, in a state in which the elastic device presents a minimum thickness between the osseous surface and the membrane and the elastic device does not exert any appreciable stress on the latter.

  • Patent number: 4866588
Abstract: A switching mode converter with current mode regulation includes a passive network operative to waveshape a ramp signal in order to attenuate the leading edge spike of the sensed switch current. A passive pulse generating network generates a pulse in response to the generated ramp with the proper timing and polarity such that when superimposed on the sensed current waveform effectively cancels the leading edge spike of that waveform.
