More particularly, this disclosure describes the striking apparatus having a rotatable target that may be secured on a door end assembly. In one illustrative embodiment, the target may be coupled to a rotatable member having a plurality of compression loops there between. A support may lock the rotatable member, and thus the target, at an angle through a bolt pattern spaced at forty-five (45) degree to fifteen (15) degree increments.
