    Abstract: The present invention relates to novel polymorphic forms of of 3{5-[3-(4,6-Difluoro-1H-benzoimidazol-2-yl)-1H-indazol-5-yl]-4-methyl-pyridin-3-ylmethyl}-ethyl-amine, and to processes for their preparation. Such polymorphic forms may be a component of a pharmaceutical composition and may be used to treat a hyperproliferative disorder or a mammalian disease condition mediated by protein kinase activity.
