    Abstract: A method and an apparatus is provided for a self-service breathalyzer kiosk system for collecting and reporting blood alcohol level information. The system and method enables a user to submit a report containing the user's current blood alcohol level at the time the report is submitted. In particular, the kiosk may be used to collect the current blood alcohol level information of the user and transmit the report of the current blood alcohol level information of the user over a communication network.
