  • Patent number: 12350323
Abstract: Two-component vaccine formulations and methods are contemplated where the vaccine has an adjuvant component and a therapeutic component. The therapeutic component comprises preferably a recombinant therapeutic virus encoding a therapeutic antigen while the adjuvant component comprises a non-host cell or immune stimulating portion thereof. Notably, use of the adjuvant component will result in significant uptake of the therapeutic component into immune competent cells, even in the absence of receptors for entry of the therapeutic component. In addition, such adjuvant also stimulates expression of the therapeutic antigen.

  • Publication number: 20250036542
Abstract: A trace assist unit operable with a plurality of processor cores is described. The trace assist unit comprises a plurality of physical buffers, and loading circuitry and unloading circuitry that are communicatively coupled with the plurality of physical buffers. The loading circuitry receives trace events from various ones of the plurality of processor cores, each of the trace events having a respective category from a plurality of predefined categories. The loading circuitry writes the trace events to respective ones of the plurality of physical buffers that are assigned to the respective categories of the plurality of predefined categories. The loading circuitry transmits, responsive to one or more predefined conditions, an unload signal to the unloading circuitry to unload contents of a selected physical buffer of the plurality of physical buffers to an external memory.

  • Publication number: 20240345552
Abstract: Current thermostat data including room temperature readings, thermostat control commands, and user input temperature set point changes is collected. The current thermostat data is sent from a thermostat to a cloud server that creates and continually updates a first server machine learning model trained using previous and the current thermostat data, a second thermostat machine learning model is created for sending control commands to the thermostat using the previous and the current thermostat data, and the second thermostat machine learning model is updated. The second thermostat machine learning model is updated by sending updated model parameters from the first server machine learning model to the second thermostat machine learning model. • Publication number: 20240331037
Abstract: A method, a system, and computer program product for managing upgrades of cloud-based software applications are provided. A request to convert assets is received. Historical data and current data associated with the assets is retrieved. A conversion score is generated for converting the one or more assets. The conversion score includes a weighted sum of a plurality of risk scores, each of the plurality of risk scores being determined by using a machine learning model including a convolution function configured to process the historical data and the current data. • Publication number: 20240191898
Abstract: A smart thermostatic system is disclosed that applies one or more of a reinforcement and/or adaptive learning model for a new environment with the trained model from another environment so as to initiate status of a thermostatic device. In one example, the thermostatic system uses a pretrained machine learning model that is transferred from a first thermostatic system to a second thermostatic system in a similar sub-environment. Temperature data and other data collected by the thermostatic device is used to fine-tune and train the pretrained model to learn, predict, and better adjust the operation of the thermostatic system.

  • Patent number: 11966480
Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and techniques for supporting fairness of multiple context sharing cryptographic hardware. An accelerator circuit includes a copy engine (CE) with AES-GCM hardware configured to perform both encryption and authentication of data transfers for multiple applications or multiple data streams in a single application or belonging to a single user. The CE splits a data transfer of a specified size into a set of partial transfers. The CE sequentially executes the set of partial transfers using a context for a period of time (e.g., a timeslice) for an application. The CE stores in a secure memory for the application one or more data for encryption or decryption (e.g., a hash key, a block counter, etc.) computed from a last partial transfer. The one or more data for encryption or decryption are retrieved and used when data transfers for the application is resumed by the CE.

  • Patent number: 11953968
Abstract: An ergonomic power supply for a computer system includes a printed circuit board assembly configured to convert a mains electricity input to voltage-regulated, direct-current (DC) outputs. The printed circuit board assembly defines a mains input and has one or more DC output connectors. An enclosure houses a fan and the printed circuit board assembly. The enclosure has a rear panel, a front panel positioned opposite the rear panel relative to the printed circuit board assembly. A side panel is positioned between the front and rear panel. The mains connector extends through an aperture defined by the rear panel of the enclosure. The one or more DC output connectors extend through the side panel. Such an arrangement provides significantly easier access to the power supply outputs compared to conventional power supplies. Associated computer systems also are described.

  • Patent number: 11698869
Abstract: The subject application relates to computing an authentication tag for partial transfers scheduled across multiple direct memory access (DMA) engines. Apparatuses, systems, and techniques are described for computing an authentication tag for a data transfer when the data transfer is scheduled as partial transfers across a specified number of direct memory access (DMA) engines. An orchestration circuit stores partial authentication tags, computed by the DMA engines, and corresponding adjustment exponents during one or more rounds in which the partial transfers are scheduled and processed by the specified number of DMA engines. During a last round, a combined authentication tag can be computed based on the partial authentication tags and the corresponding adjustment exponents stored by the orchestration circuit during the rounds.
