Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a washing machine having a means capable of improving a washing effect by efficiently increasing the concentration of detergent in wash water that contains the detergent sprayed in the laundry, and the washing machine comprises: a cabinet; a tub which is accommodated in said cabinet, and accommodates wash water therein; a drum which is installed in said tub to be rotated, an accommodates the laundry; a sump which is equipped on the lower part of said tub such that the wash water is collected; a drain chamber which is connected to the lower part of a drain formed on a bottom surface of said sump, and in which the wash water drained from said drain is temporarily stored; a pump which circulates the wash water drained from said drain chamber; and a drain-side circulation flow path which forms a path in which the wash water circulates between said drain chamber and said pump.

Abstract: A water treatment apparatus and a water treatment method using the same are provided. The water treatment apparatus includes a cohesive agent input device configured to input a cohesive agent to raw water, a membrane filtering device, a raw water pump configured to transfer raw water including the cohesive agent therein to the membrane filtering device, a water supply flow path connecting a discharge side of the raw water pump to the inlet of the membrane filtering device, a circulation flow path connecting the raw water discharge opening of the membrane filtering device to the water supply flow path and a circulation pump provided in the circulation flow path to transfer discharged raw water to the water supply flow path.

Abstract: Embodiments may relate to a washing apparatus, more specifically, to a washing apparatus having a steam generator and a controlling method of the same and embodiments may relate to a home appliance including a steam generator. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a controlling method of a washing machine configured to perform a steam washing course having a steam cycle and a refresh course having a steam cycle, wherein water supply to a steam generator for performing the steam cycle initially and an initial steam generator control pattern for applying the power to a heater of the steam generator are controlled different in the steam washing course and the refresh course.

Abstract: A drum type washing machine includes: a tub installed in the interior of a main body and accommodating a rotary drum; a spring installed between an upper portion of the tub and the side of the main body; and a weight detection module installed between the tub and the main body, wherein the weight detection module includes a detection unit to detect the load of the tub; and a transmission unit to transmit data detected by the detection unit to a controller.
