The filling material includes a dry mixture and a liquid mixture. The dry mixture includes a cellulosic material and a water-soluble filler. The liquid mixture includes an oil and liquid nicotine. The oil includes a triglyceride, a diglyceride, a monoglyceride, or any combination thereof. The liquid nicotine is dissolved in the oil. The filling material is free of water or includes water in an amount less than or equal to 5 weight percent.

Abstract: Efficient and effective testing systems and methods are presented. In one embodiment, a system includes: a user interface configured to enable user interaction with the system; a test board configured to communicatively couple with a plurality of devices under test (DUTs), wherein the DUTs are compute express link (CXL) protocol compliant; and a tester configured to direct testing of the plurality of DUTs, wherein the tester is configured to enable hot add of one of the plurality of DUTs without interfering with testing of the other DUTS. In one exemplary implementation, the DUTs are memory devices and the DUTs can operate as extended memory. The user interface can be utilized to indicate a pause to remove a DUT and to indicate a DUT has been added and to trigger a re-start. The added one of the plurality of DUTs can be automatically recognized by a host in a way that is transparent to users. The tester automatically directs the hot add in response to a user trigger.

Abstract: In various embodiments, a match cutting application automatically generates candidate match cuts. In some embodiments, the match cutting application detects shot sequences within one or more video sequences, deduplicates the shot sequences, computes an encoding of each shot sequence after the deduplication, and compares the encodings associated with pairs of shot sequences using a distance metric to identify pairs of shot sequences that can be cut together to generate candidate match cuts. In addition, the match cutting application can apply an approximation technique, such as an approximate nearest neighbor search technique, to identify intermediate pairs of shot sequences prior to comparing encodings associated with the intermediate pairs of shot sequences.

Abstract: A set of user interface tools is described facilitating asynchronous adjudication of one or more regions-of-interest in a medical image by a group of two or more graders, each of which has access to the set of tools in a workstation environment. The set of tools include (1) a feature for enabling the graders to assess the medical image and manually delineate one or more specific regions-of-interest (ROI) in the medical image, (2) a feature for assessing the ROI(s) delineated by other graders, including display of the ROI delineated by other graders; (3) dialog features for explaining and discussing the assessments, including a text feature for discussing the assessments. The dialog features and the ROIs delineated by all the graders are visible to all the graders on the workstation display as they collectively adjudicate the medical image in a round-robin manner. The set of tools further include (4) a feature for manually verifying grader agreement with the other graders' assessments.

Abstract: Provided are compositions comprising an orally-acceptable carrier and a cationic copolymer derived from the polymerization of n-vinyl pyrrolidone (VP) with cationic monomers containing amines or by copolymerization of n-vinyl pyrrolidone (VP) monomers with cationic monomers comprising amides followed by deprotection to amines. Also provided are uses of such compounds in the oral cavity to inhibit demineralization of a tooth.

Abstract: A cosmetic skin-enhancing moisturizing peel cream composition includes at least one hydroxy acid, including alpha-hydroxy acid, present in an amount that is at least 5.5% by weight of the composition, at least one lightweight emollient selected from polar emollients and liquid alkanes, a blend of surfactants including one or all of cetearyl alcohol, ceteareth-20, glyceryl stearate and PEG-100 stearate, at least one thickening polymer present in an amount that is at least 3% by weight, and water and a water based solvent present from about 40% to about 75% by weight. The complementary composition is a leave on or rinse of skin peel composition including at least a hydroxy acid. The compositions may be provided as an article of manufacture with separately contained compositions.

Abstract: A skin treatment system is disclosed including an oxygenate composition having at least one peroxide in a first aqueous phase and an activator composition, the activator composition including at least one alkaline booster in a second aqueous phase and at least one water-soluble peroxide decomposition catalyst in the second aqueous phase. Intermixing the oxygenate composition and the activator composition at least partially decomposes the at least one peroxide, liberating O2, and the skin treatment system in contact with keratinous tissue induces reduced irritation to the keratinous tissue relative to a comparative skin treatment system which is identical to the skin treatment system except for lacking the at least one water-soluble peroxide decomposition catalyst.
