Abstract: Methods for converting mixtures of anthocyanins occurring in fruit or vegetable juice or extract into particular anthocyanin molecules having desirable colorant properties are provided herein. The method of the present disclosure can be employed to increase the amount of particular anthocyanin molecules, while lowering the total number of anthocyanin molecules present in the natural juice and/or extract. The disclosure is also directed to anthocyanin molecules prepared by the methods of present disclosure and to enzymes capable of catalyzing reactions that provide such effects.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method of improving the cognitive function of a cognitively healthy human adult, the method comprising administering to the human adult an effective amount of a composition comprising lutein, zeaxanthin and meso-zeaxanthin and at least one omega-3 fatty acid, over a period of at least 24 months, the improved cognitive function being a detectable improvement in: spatial working memory as measured by the CANTAB Connect Research software SWM task; and/or reduced reaction time as measured by the CANTAB Connect Research Software RTI task.

Abstract: A scalable, adjustable stroller/jogger is disclosed that may accommodate one or more than one, child and may be adjusted from stroller to jogger configuration, comprising, in one embodiment, a first seat, a second seat, and a chassis configured to permit the second seat to have at least two distinct positions longitudinally relative to the first seat and, in a preferred embodiment, wherein in at least a first position the second seat is configured to secure a child, and wherein in at least a second position the first seat is not configured to secure a child and is collapsed.
