Abstract: A hand tool (1, FIG. 1) for use in electronics installations in a vehicle (3, FIG. 3), in which one or more wires 4 need to be run through, for example, the fire wall 5 of the vehicle, in installing, for example, car phones, stereos, and the like. The tool consists of, a hollow shaft (10) inserted into a handle (11) with supplemental adhesive (14) included to prevent the shaft from coming out of the distal end (15) of the handle and a channel (12) through the handle along its axis in alignment with the hollow interior of the shaft.
