Abstract: A multi-purpose dynamic exercise bench, for performing a training program of hanging sit-ups in an exercise session, comprising: an “H”-shaped base configured to provide a stable support for the bench; an inclinable bench table having a first and second end, the bench table covered with a bench mat upon which a user lies on his back with his head oriented towards the second end and feet secured at the first end during an exercise session; a bearing support fixed upon the base, the bearing support having a table rotational bearing, the bench table positioned above and fixed to the rotational bearing near the bench table second end; an inclination piston connected to the bench table and to the base, the inclination piston operated to provide inclination of the bench table about the rotational bearing; and an interface control attached to the bench table serving to control functionality of the bench.
