  • Publication number: 20230361660
Abstract: A method for producing a skewed stator having a stator winding composed of shaped conductors includes providing a stator core including a plurality of slots extending from a first end-face to an opposing second end-face and have a skew in the circumferential direction. An arrangement is provided having at least one shaped conductor having two straight leg portions oriented parallel to one another and connected by a connecting portion. Also included is inserting the arrangement into the stator core with the skewed slots at the first end-face by relative movement in the axial direction between the stator core and the arrangement, so that the leg portions of the at least one shaped conductor are bent as a result of the relative movement in such a way that the shape of the leg portions inserted into the stator core acquires a skew which corresponds to the skew of the slots.

  • Publication number: 20230246528
Abstract: A method for producing a skewed stator having a stator winding made from segmented conductors includes providing a stator core having a large number of axially layered stator core elements which form a plurality of slots extending from one end-face of the stator core to an opposite end-face, and which extend parallel in an axial direction. A large number of segmented conductors are provided which each have two leg portions extending parallel to each other and a connection portion electrically connecting the leg portions. The leg portions are introduced into the slots, and the stator core elements are rotated in a circumferential direction so they are displaced relative to each other in a circumferential direction and the slots form an inclination in a circumferential direction. The leg portions are bent by the rotation have an inclination corresponding to the slots. The stator core elements are fixed relative to each other.

  • Publication number: 20230179051
Abstract: A rotor for an electric machine is disclosed. The rotor has a rotor shaft, a laminated core arranged on the rotor shaft and a plurality of stacked electrical laminations. The rotor also includes a first end plate arranged on an axial side of the laminated core and having radial protrusions arranged along its circumference, a second end plate arranged on the opposite axial side of the laminated core and having radial protrusions arranged along its circumference, a plurality of rotor windings which are each wound around a protrusion of the first end plate and around an axially opposite protrusion of the second end plate. A central cooling duct runs in the rotor shaft for supplying a coolant, and a radial cooling duct runs outwards from the central cooling duct in the laminated core. In addition, an electric machine and a vehicle having an electric machine of this type are described.

  • Publication number: 20220200375
Abstract: A synchronous reluctance motor, in particular a four-pole synchronous reluctance motor includes a stator with 48 stator grooves for receiving a winding system; a reluctance rotor, which is spaced apart from the stator by an air gap. The reluctance rotor has axes with a high magnetic conductivity (d-axis) and axes with low magnetic conductivity (q-axis). Provision is made for an arrangement of magnetically conductive flux-conducting portions and magnetic flux barriers, which are arranged such as to form the d-axis and the q-axis of the reluctance rotor. The reluctance rotor has a geometric groove separation angle of ?r 6° or 10°, which angle is between two adjacent magnetic flux barriers at the air gap.
