Abstract: Embodiments for local and safe testing of injection fluids by drawing a sample of injection fluid into a local test chamber while drawing fluid to be tested into a syringe assembly and testing the sample of the injection fluid are disclosed. A fluid test device can include a syringe assembly, a plunger assembly, and a test module. The test module can determine information about fluid in a syringe assembly when the fluid enters a test chamber in the test module. Fluid may enter the test chamber through a one-way valve while a plunger in the plunger assembly is moved in a suction stroke to draw fluid into an interior of the syringe assembly. Fluid may not enter or be expelled from the test chamber when the plunger does not move or is moved in a compression stroke to expel fluid from the syringe assembly.

By attaching the bridge span assembly to construction equipment with the stabilizing member and coupling joint, an operator can place the bridge span assembly over an obstacle using only the construction equipment. The construction equipment or other equipment can then safely traverse the obstacle without causing damage to the obstacle or the construction equipment.

Abstract: Environmental barrier devices, systems, and methods are disclosed herein. One environmental barrier system includes a first plate, a second plate, and a fastener configured to fasten the first plate to the second plate. Each of the plates has a front surface, a rear surface, an apertured portion, and a base portion. The apertured portion includes an apertured portion width and defines a plurality of apertures through the front and rear surfaces. The base portion includes a base portion width that tapers to become narrower than the apertured portion width. The first and second plates are configured to be positioned next to one another such that the base portions are buried below ground and the apertured portions extend above the ground substantially vertically.
