  • Publication number: 20240114058
Abstract: A system and a method are disclosed for providing recommendations for sets of security operations for improving security of documents created or executed within an online document system. A supplier entity may select sets of security operations to be performed for a request provided to a signing entity. The online document system computes an aggregate measure of security for the selected sets of security operations and compares it to a threshold measure of security. If the aggregate measure is less than the threshold measure, the online document system uses a machine-learned model to identify additional sets of security operations that when added, results in an updated aggregate measure of security greater than the threshold. The additional sets of security operations are presented to the supplier entity for inclusion within a security operation workflow in combination with the selected sets of security operations.

  • Patent number: 6453020
Abstract: A voice processing system comprising a digital trunk processor 135 and a system unit 145 incorporates a local voice recognition resource 185 provided on a digital signal processing board 180, and can access a remote voice recognition resource 320 in a server 300 via a local area network 250. The system provides a barge-in facility for the recognition resource on the remote server, whereby a prompt is played out to the user, and the incoming telephony signal is fed into a voice activity detector on the digital trunk processor. Responsive to a detection of incoming voice activity, the outgoing prompt is terminated, and the incoming data is transferred over the local area network to the remote server for recognition.

  • Patent number: 6181781
Abstract: Using the Internet World Wide Web (WWW) network 320, a WWW Client 310 can communicate with a WWW Server 330 to request access to and notification of a user's voice mail. The user enters their voice mail mailbox number, and activates an appropriate hyperlink. The WWW Server then launches an application, MSG Client 350, which in turn communicates with an application, MSG Server 370, that runs in conjunction with the voice mail system 380, 385, 390. In response to an initial message from the MSG Client, the MSG Server returns information about all voice mail messages within the specified mailbox, which are displayed at the WWW Client. This display includes a hyperlink to each message in the mailbox. In addition, the MSG Server downloads an applet for execution on the WWW Client. This applet communicates with the voice mail system in order to provide up-to-date notification of incoming messages.

  • Patent number: 6097791
Abstract: A voice messaging system with non-user outcalling and auto-provisioning capabilities including an automatic means for configuring a telephone number to become a subscriber to a voice messaging service. The voice messaging system of the present invention facilitates the process of acquiring a voice mailbox by providing non-user outcalling and auto-provisioning. A voice messaging service user will be able to send a non-user voice messages using the voice messaging service, and, the non-user recipient desiring to subscribe to voice mailbox service can acquire a voice mailbox simply by responding to interactive queries after the reception of the voice message. The system also automatically establishes call forwarding at the appropriate central office switch and automatically creates a voice mailbox at the voice messaging system if a non-user recipient desires to become a subscriber to the voice messaging system.
