An insulating protection layer that includes resin is disposed on the exposed portion of the one end. A predetermined gap is provided between the protective layer and an end surface of one end in the lateral direction of the adhesive layer.

Since the adhesive contains an aqueous sodium silicate solution and Ti grains dispersed in the aqueous solution, it improves adhesion and shortens curing time.
